Robert Gunness specializes in the leasing and sale of raw land and business parks in north San Diego County and southwest Riverside County. Rob’s transactions have included build-to-suits, high-end R&D, multi-tenant, warehouse/manufacturing and raw land. In 2002 he expanded his market area to include the rapidly developing Temecula Valley.
Rob has consistently ranked among the top performers since joining CB Richard Ellis in 1986. He has been involved in excess of 300 sale and lease transactions totaling over 3.8 million square feet with an aggregate value in excess of $234 million. Rob is widely recognized as an expert in the north San Diego County and Temecula Valley industrial markets.
Rob’s experience and professionalism have been instrumental in the success of his clients. His considerable knowledge of entitlements and land sales, as well as the construction of speculative and build-to-suit projects has proven invaluable to his clients.
