Rob Roy, Jr. is the Managing Director, Asset Services for CB Richard Ellis’ Central Texas Region. His responsibilities include oversight of an approximately eight million square foot real estate management portfolio, real estate management employees and client relationships. Additionally, Rob is responsible for new business development for the region.
Rob joined CB Richard Ellis in August, 2007 and brings over 20 years experience in commercial real estate and real estate management practices. He recently held the position of Director for Crescent Real Estate Equities where he was responsible for the Central Texas region portfolio comprised of approximately two million square feet of Class A CBD and suburban office properties. Prior to his role as Director, he was responsible for overseeing approximately 2.4 million square feet of office and approximately 100,000 square feet of retail in Houston, Texas.
Rob also served as Property Manager for the BMC Software Complex in Houston for Cushman and Wakefield and for Premisys Real Estate Services where he was responsible for Conoco Center and Marathon Oil Tower in Houston, Texas
