Robert M. Taylor, Senior Vice President, focuses on large single asset transactions as well as regional portfolios for CB Richard Ellis Hotels. Mr. Taylor has over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry. Prior to joining CB Richard Ellis Hotels, Mr. Taylor was regional vice president of franchise development with Hospitality Franchise Systems, now known as Cendant, the world's largest hotel franchise company. He was responsible for franchise development efforts in the Northeast and Southwest regions. Mr. Taylor also has experience in hotel operations and franchise development in Chicago, Dallas, Denver and Atlanta. Previously, he was a hospitality consultant with Pannell Kerr Forster in Atlanta, where he was responsible for market feasibility studies and operational analysis.
