Scott Hutchinson specializes in the disposition of lodging properties in the greater Boston metropolitan area as well as across New England. Scott is responsible for the underwriting and marketing of the group’s assignments and is the Practice’s point person for all coordinated sales initiatives.
Prior to joinng the Hotel Investment team, Scott was Director of Research for CB Richard Ellis N.E. Partners L.P., where he was responsible for tracking statistics for over 7,675 office, laboratory and industrial buildings, comprising roughly 516 million square feet across Greater New England. In this position he was accountable for the planning, development and execution of all statistical and research-based initiatives throughout the company’s eight regional offices.
In addition to his real estate background with CBRE, Scott brings nine years experience in hospitality management working in an operations, project management, and development capacity where he was responsible for site feasibility and market analysis.
