Scott Senese is the Managing Director for CB Richard Ellis’ Central Texas Region. He oversees the Austin and San Antonio offices and an approximately 13 million square foot portfolio. He is responsible for leading professionals in Transaction Brokerage Services, Asset Services, Corporate Services and Construction/Project Management. Mr. Senese is also responsible for business development, community and industry relations, recruiting and employee relations.
Scott has more than 20 years experience in commercial real estate and most recently served as the Managing Director for CB Richard Ellis’ Asset Services division in Dallas. In this role, Scott provided leadership to a staff of over 100 professionals who provided solutions and value creation for over 42 million square feet of commercial real estate.
Prior to joining CB Richard Ellis in 2005, he served as Managing Director of Property Management for Equity Office’s Dallas regional portfolio where he directed property management activities for Equity Office’s 4.2 million square feet of Class A office space in Dallas. He also oversaw the operations, construction and engineering activities for Equity Office’s 14 Dallas buildings, while supervising a local property management team comprised of 45 professionals.
Scott also served as General Manager of Rubloff in Dallas where he supervised a staff of 18 and a portfolio of more than 2 million square feet.
