Sean C. Goff serves as Managing Director of Project Management services for Dallas, Austin and San Antonio. He oversees a department of project management professionals who have regional oversight of projects for the office, industrial, retail, healthcare, and coroporate divisions.
Sean has over 14 years of general contracting and project management experience in shell and interior office construction, industrial, pharmaceutical, retail, hotels, churches, and large renovations. His career experience has encompassed many roles, including project manager, project estimator, project scheduler, field superintendent and field engineer.
Prior to joining CB Richard Ellis, Sean held the position of Project Manager for Precept Builders, where he successfully completed more than $60 million of commercial construction projects, including a $30 million renovation in south Florida. He also served as Field Superintendent for Construction Management Technology, where he was responsible for all field operations on several large shell and interior construction projects.
