A seasoned pro with over 17 years as a commercial real estate agent, Stan knows the marketplace inside and out.  Stan has been involved in virtually every kind of real estate transaction from ground leases to sales and leasebacks. 
 
Every step of the way, Stan listens, understands and communicates openly with his clients. Finding the right buyer for the right property is one of Stan's specialties.  Whether it be the sale of a 187-room Holiday Inn in Cedar Falls, a 60-room motel in Newton, or a 33,000 square foot office building in West Des Moines or working with Younkers Department Store to purchase eight retail and warehouse properties, Stan is able to bring buyer and seller together and consummate the transaction while meeting the business goals of each party.
 
Before pursuing a career in Commercial Real Estate, he was a principal of a national, family-owned manufacturing business. His responsibilities as Executive Vice President included plant management, marketing and administration. Stan's wealth of knowledge and hands-on experience is reflected in his continued success in the commercial real estate industry.
