Steve Belcher is the Executive Managing Director, Transaction Management for CB Richard Ellis (CBRE) Global Corporate Services. In 1986, he began his career with Trammell Crow Company as a broker in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. In 1988, he became Managing Director of the office and, over the next several years, acted as player-coach for all of the company’s Oklahoma operations. In 1995, he was promoted to Area President and transferred to Trammell Crow Company’s Southern California office. In 1998, he was named Regional President and was asked to oversee the Western Region of Trammell Crow Company. In 2001, he was named President, Global Services Group-International. In 2003, he was named Regional Director, West Region, where he oversaw all brokerage, building management, and project management in the western US. In 2006, he was promoted to Executive Managing Director of Transaction Management as part of CBRE’s merger with Trammell Crow Company.
