Ted Cassel began working with CB Richard Ellis in the HUD Services Group in 2004. Since then, Ted has assisted the group in the successful transaction of multiple properties across the country representing a diversity of regulatory programs including Section 8 and government assisted financing such as Low Income Housing Tax Credits, Tax Exempt Bonds and FHA insurance.
In his current capacity with the group, Ted specialized in the sale and recapitalization of HUD regulated properties, especially those assisted under the Housing Choice Voucher program and financed with the sale of Low Income Housing Tax Credits. He is also responsible for coordinating marketing campaigns, maintaining contact with the group’s network of affordable housing buyers as well as providing transaction and advisory services to clients of the group.
