Timothy Haves is a corporate real estate transaction specialist with more than 18 years experience in the U.S. and Europe. An active member of the Energy & Utilities and Land Services Groups, he is considered one of the few industry specific resources in the western U.S. for multi market real estate requirements. In his career Timothy has completed over 700 transactions on two continents and 36 states.
Timothy’s team works in partnership with real estate department to determine each company’s real estate and facility needs, as a transaction specialist he can be called upon to manage the sale or purchase of any type of asset. “We really are an extension of the clients real estate department, the menu of services that we can offer are a testament to the our broad knowledge and professional expertise.”
In 2005 his broad real estate knowledge was put to the test with over 60 NNN investment transaction completed in 10 states and over 100,000 SF of office tenant representation in 5 states.
