Thom Cooley is CBRE’s Chief Underwriter for the FHA, and will be assisting in the expansion of the HUD FHA-insured platform. He has more than 25 years of experience in commercial development. For the past 17 years, Mr. Cooley has worked primarily in the multifamily housing area. After 12 years at HUD, he worked at Prudential Huntoon Paige and ARCS Commercial Mortgage Co., L.P. before joining CBRE. Achievements
