Tony Long is President of Asset Services of CB Richard Ellis. Mr. Long leads the Real Estate Services business line for the company's Asset Services.
Mr. Long's professional experience includes commercial real estate transaction management, asset management, strategic planning, as well as, development, financing and corporate outsourcing. He joined Trammell Crow Company in 1985 as an analyst in various financial roles. In 1987, Mr. Long returned to graduate school at Harvard University and worked as a summer associate for the Structured Finance Group of Lehman Brothers. Mr. Long earned a Masters of Business Administration from Harvard University in 1989 and rejoined Trammell Crow Company in Houston, leasing office space, before returning to Dallas. Mr. Long was responsible for Trammell Crow Company’s Central Region of the Global Services Group. This included all business lines, other than development, in Texas, Oklahoma, Kansas, Illinois, Minnesota, Michigan, Ohio and Indiana.
