Tripp Guin is a Senior Associate with CB Richard Ellis. Mr. Guin’s focus is on tenant representation, lease and sale negotiations, market and financial analysis, location and site search analysis, land disposition and acquisition development and construction/project management.
Mr. Guin joined the commercial real estate industry as a business development broker and tenant representative specialist and has been recognized locally as a top producer winning the Gold Award along with the “Rookie of the Year” award from the Charlotte Region Commercial Board of Realtors for production above $10 Million in Revenues in 2006.
Prior to joining CB Richard Ellis, Mr. Guin was the founder and CEO of three companies: Referral Resource, Sales Force Partners and Carolinas Realty Network.
