Founded in 1978 as Tulsa Properties and starting our third decade, what is now CB Richard Ellis/Oklahoma, an Affiliate office of CB Richard Ellis, Inc., is committed to providing single source comprehensive commercial real estate services. With the synergy of Tulsa and Oklahoma City offices, we service the entire state with six core lines of business: brokerage, leasing, management, investment development and corporate services.
Our Tulsa office is comprised of 24 real estate professionals, 16 of which have earned at least one industry designation such as CCIM and SIOR. These sales professionals are backed by an experienced staff of 9 marketing assistants. We have an exceptional team of 10 property managers who together have achieved the distinguished AMO accreditation for CB Richard Ellis/Oklahoma, the highest designation available from the Institute of Real Estate Management. Other designations received by the managers are RPA (Real Property Administrator) and CPM (Certified Property Manager).
Our large meeting room, that's outfitted with audio/visual equipment, is used for forums on topics of interest to our industry and community on a monthly basis at our TGIF breakfast meetings. With a centrally located office just off of Interstate 44, our office is within 2 miles of other intersecting highways. Travel time to anywhere in the city is usually within 20 minutes.
