Tyler Dingel joined CB Richard Ellis/Hubbell Commercial in 2005 as a Sales Associate, representing the Hubbell Realty Company portfolio. The Hubbell Portfolio of listed properties is a diversified mix of Class A Office Space, Medical Space, Retail Space, Industrial Warehouse Space, and Single-Story Flex Space for lease amounting to just under two and one-half million square feet. The time spent working on the Hubbell Portfolio has given him a strong knowledge base of the Des Moines market along with meeting the expectations of a high-profi le client. After branching off of the portfolio, Tyler has found success in both landlord and tenant representation. His hard work and commitment have positioned him to be an up and coming leader in the commercial real estate industry.
