Tyler Jamison is an Associate in the Washington, DC office of CBRE Capital Markets, CB Richard Ellis’ investment banking subsidiary. Mr. Jamison’s responsibilities include performing financial analysis, due diligence, and underwriting for the placement of debt and equity in the Mid-Atlantic region.
Prior to joining CBRE Capital Markets, Mr. Jamison served as an Assistant Vice President at the Bozzuto Group where he was responsible for identifying multifamily acquisition opportunities in the Northeast, as well as managing the due diligence and pre- and post-closing processes. During his tenure at Bozzuto, Mr. Jamison completed the acquisition of over 4,300 units and the disposition of over 1,950 units totaling over $680 million. Prior to Bozzuto, Mr. Jamison served as a Manager in the Real Estate Tax Group at Ernst & Young, LLP. Tyler received his BS degree from American University where he graduated Magna Cum Laude.
