Dawn is a Director within CB Richard Ellis’ Global Corporate Services Group, specializing in the delivery of multi-market transaction based real estate services to corporate clients. Dawn is currently responsible for executing and delivering project services extensively for Brooks Eckerd, TJ Maxx, CVS Pharmacy and Food Lion. Although Dawn is focusing on retail dispositions currently, she has spent the past ten years working extensively in both the office and industrial sectors.
Dawn has been responsible for the sale of 19 industrial properties comprised of over 3.2 million square feet over the past five years on behalf of various clients. Such sales reflected over $45 million in consideration. She also negotiated terminations on approximately 154,000 sf of industrial space saving clients nearly $5 million in rental obligations.
Prior to joining CB Richard Ellis in September 1996, Dawn spent seven years working for Bank of America. As an Account Officer within the Commercial Real Estate Services Group, she had extensive exposure to commercial real estate from the underwriter’s perspective. Dawn managed a $75 million portfolio through site visits, financial reviews, market analysis and continual re-evaluation of the properties.
