In his first year as an Office Specialist with CB Richard Ellis, Bruce was recognized with the esteemed Rookie of the Year Award. By his second year, he was promoted to Senior Associate, an achievement not usually recognized in such a short tenure. In his fourth year with CBRE, he was promoted once again, this time to the position of Vice President, and in his fifth year, Bruce was a 2008 Top 5 Producer within CB Richard Ellis' Tucson office. In each of the past five years, Bruce has represented clients in the completion of a minimum of 50 lease or sale transactions. In just over 6 years, he has assisted over 270 clients in office lease or sale transactions totaling $68.4 million in gross consideration and was named a 2007 and 2008 CoStar Power Broker based on overall office leasing transactions. Bruce’s practice focuses on both Buyer/Seller and Tenant/Landlord representation within the Medical and Professional Office market. Prior to joining the CBRE team, Bruce enjoyed over 13 years of direct sales experience within the commercial sector and advised clients ranging from small business to Fortune 500.
