In 1983, Charles (Chuck) Hoey entered the commercial real estate market working with Merrill Lynch specializing in land development. Mr. Hoey joined CB Richard Ellis in 2001 in the Industrial and Office division expansion and brings 22 years of sales and marketing experience to the Lancaster and Palmdale, California market. Prior to joining CB Richard Ellis, he worked with Costco in land acquisition with the responsibility of site selections. He has represented developers, private investors, pension funds, trust, and corporate clients in their real estate disposition and acquisition.
He is in numerous real estate organizations including the Antelope Valley Board of Trade, Antelope Valley Rotary, Boy Scouts, and Sea Scouts. Achievements
