Stacy Meronoff is a member of CBRE's downtown leasing and sales team, with Kraig Kristofferson and Andy Taylor, representing a number of landlords and tenants in Downtown San Diego. His primary focus is prospecting potential downtown tenants for existing clients. Stacy’s other responsibilities include market analysis, negotiations, marketing, tours and all other aspects of leasing and selling downtown commercial property.
Since joining CBRE in 2005, Mr. Meronoff has been involved with over 100 tenants in lease transactions representing over 400,000 square feet of office space and over $100 million of aggregate rental. Stacy has also been involved in 5 sales in the downtown area, representing an aggregate value of over $250 million.
Before joining CBRE, Stacy worked with SENTRE Partners, a real estate investment services firm, as a partner/office assistant. Achievements
