The Greensboro, NC office is centrally located to serve the entire Piedmont Triad (Greensboro, Winston-Salem and High Point) region of North Carolina. The office has experienced professionals that serve the needs of users and owners of commercial real estate. Our professionals are actively involved in assisting corporate users, private and institutional investors and local business owners to achieve their commercial real estate objectives.
In 2006, the Greensboro office completed 106 lease transactions, with a total square footage of 1,503,898, worth $42 million, and 59 sales transactions worth $76 million. In the Mid-Atlantic region, the Norfolk office of CB Richard Ellis serves as the regional headquarters for the Greensboro, Raleigh and Charlotte, North Carolina and Richmond and Charlottesville, Virginia operations. In 2006, the combined Mid-South offices completed 341 Sales transactions totaling $2.3 Billion, and 1,409 Leasing transactions encompassing 14.6 million square feet totaling $870.8 million.
Greensboro is located in the heart of North Carolina, approximately 70 miles west of Raleigh and 90 miles northeast of Charlotte, along the Interstate 85/Interstate 40 corridor.
