African-American Network Group (AANG)

Creative Solutions Through Diverse Thinking

One of CBRE's goals is to create a more diverse company. To help achieve this objective, the company has formally established a national networking group with a focus on African-American professionals located in CBRE offices throughout the United States.

The African-American Network Group (AANG) is one of several CBRE networking groups focused on fostering and promoting the value of diversity within CBRE. AANG's principal focus is on African-American professionals with the goal of actively ensuring their retention, advancement and recruitment, which will contribute to the members’ and company’s success. AANG accomplishes this through its advocacy with senior management; ongoing networking forums both within and outside of the company, development activities; information dissemination; sharing best practices and facilitating connectivity to leadership in industry external organizations.
