David Wilkins joined CB Richard Ellis in 2001 with a primary focus on the leasing and sale of Commercial Real Estate. David has facilitated transactions involving both landlord and tenant representation. His principal activity over the past nine years has been representing corporations in lease negotiation, relocation, acquisition and disposition of real estate assets.

Since joining CB Richard Ellis, David has completed over 700 transactions involving government agencies, national corporations, regional companies and locally owned businesses.  David has experience as a single point-of-contact providing complete transaction management and consulting services for his customers. His commitment to the customer ensures smooth transition between project phases.  In 2007, David was invited to become a partner with CB Richard Ellis of Virginia, Inc., and the youngest agent invited to do so.
