In 1952 CB Richard Ellis opened an office in Downtown Sacramento in order to serve the greater Northern California and Northern Nevada region. It quickly established itself as the region’s top real estate services firm. Today CB Richard Ellis operates five offices in the region (Sacramento LMA); the offices are located in Sacramento, Roseville, Stockton, Fresno and Reno, Nevada. Over the years the Sacramento LMA has enjoyed a rich heritage within CBRE, and is regarded as a top region within the organization for its commanding market share across all specialties and its dedication to excellence in real estate services. Currently we have 123 producers and over 235 employees making it largest real estate services firm in the area.
