Leading with labor, Rob is responsible for managing the Labor Analytics Group (“LAG”), a CBRE specialty practice that has assisted its client’s to achieve over $1.5B in labor savings, utilizing its award winning, proprietary analytical tools and market leading business intelligence.
Consistently earning recognition for production achievements throughout his 29 year career, for last fifteen years Rob has been focused on continuing to build upon a unique value proposition, created by researching, understanding and analyzing the unique dynamics of labor markets trends and assisting his client’s to benefit from them.
Rob and his colleague’s, have developed award-winning solutions by integrating LAG’s proprietary labor market intelligence with sophisticated analytics, providing the necessary guidance to solve for the complex variables found intersection of human capital and real estate.
LAG has completed over 700 consulting engagements, which includes representing over 35% of the Fortune 50 and 25% of the Fortune 100. Under Rob’s leadership, LAG won CoreNet’s Global Innovators Award for the development of LAG’s workforce longevity model, LaborPlan™.
In 2010, Rob led the development of Global LaborView, CBRE’s first web-enabled interactive global application designed to help clients identify and evaluate emerging, maturing and established market labor trends; and view risk indicators associated with labor-based real estate decisions.
Rob’s civic activities have included The Real Estate and Construction Division of the Jewish Federation of Greater Phoenix and serving on the board of directors of Stop Infant Drowning. Achievements
