Sean Carman has worked for CB Richard Ellis since March, 1994. Mr. Carman has over 16 years of experience in Geographic Information Systems (G.I.S.) and site selection analysis and 10 years of experience in research and development. Leveraging his G.I.S. experience, he has concentrated his efforts on developing and implementing site selection strategies for many of CB Richard Ellis’ national clients. Mr. Carman joined the Labor Analytics Group as its G.I.S. expert in 1998. Since that time, his duties have grown to include: managing LAG’s research and development (including implementation and development of site selection models and information systems technology), company profiling, conducting community tours and geographic information system and site selection analysis.

Mr. Carman is recognized throughout CB Richard Ellis’ worldwide network as one of the premier G.I.S. analysts and site selection experts in the company. Prior to joining CB Richard Ellis, Mr. Carman worked with E. Thomas Naseef Commercial Real Estate (1992) and with Coldwell Banker Real Estate (1993).
