Mr. Bayless joined CB Richard Ellis in 2003 as a First Vice President, specializing in the representation of tenants and landlords for office properties. Mr. Bayless has been instrumental in the strategic positioning of his client's assets to create maximum negotiating leverage on their behalf. He has facilitated transactions with such clients as Syntellect, Cigna Healthcare, Petsmart, AIG Insurance, USAA Insurance, and Waste Management.
