Lou Moreno joined CB Richard Ellis in 2006 and specializes in the consultation and representation of property owners and occupiers in the acquisition, disposition, expansion and consolidation of industrial real estate in the Mid-Counties and Orange County markets, which consists of the cities of Buena Park, Cerritos, Cypress, Fullerton, Garden Grove, La Mirada, Norwalk, Santa Fe Springs and their surrounding areas. Since joining CB Richard Ellis in 2006, Mr. Moreno has completed transactions in excess of one million square feet.
