Since joining the CB Richard Ellis sales force in 1982, Mr. Sonderegger has been among the top ten sales professionals in the Santa Clarita Valley and San Fernando Valley every year. In 1995, he was named San Fernando Valley Broker of the Year and was included in the prestigious Colbert Coldwell Circle for 11 years.
In 2004, Mr.Sonderegger received the title of Executive Vice President, which is the highest designation available to sales professionals. The title is based upon tenure and production. Currently there are only 75 of the 24,000 company employees worldwide have earned this title.
