Focused exclusively on retail properties in Los Angeles and throughout Southern California, Sam Alison has successfully marketed over 125 properties for sale, exceeding 11.2 million square feet and $1.8 billion in consideration since 1998. 
 
An expert in the operation, disposition and acquisition of lifestyle, neighborhood, strip, community, and regional shopping centers, Mr. Alison and his partner, Dan Riley, help their clients by: 

  • Strategically analyzing the potential of a property or portfolio
  • Executing a strategy to maximize asset value 
  • Minimizing risk 
  • Assessing, qualifying and selecting the best buyer 
  • Ensuring certainty of closing 

Prior to joining CB Richard Ellis, Mr. Alison held numerous corporate real estate positions at multinational integrated companies including Weyerhaeuser Financial Services, Trammell Crow Company, and Exxon Corporation.  Mr. Alison managed and liquidated a portfolio of commercial real estate totaling two million SF in four states for Weyerhaeuser; developed, leased, and sold shopping centers totaling three million SF for Trammell Crow Company; and, selected sites, designed and built retail service stations in cities across the southeastern United States for Exxon Corporation.
