In 2005, after studying at USC, Adam joined Mark Tarczynski who specializes in urban redevelopment in the Downtown Los Angeles area. Adam served as the team’s Project Manager and managed the marketing process for over $800 million worth of redevelopment properties in Downtown Los Angeles.
In 2007, Adam began to focus on properties surrounding Downtown such as the Center City West district and the Figueroa Corridor, south of the Santa Monica (10) Freeway. Adam represents both buyers and sellers on redevelopment and industrial transactions.
