Anthony Delorenzo is a member of the CB Richard Ellis Private Capital Group - Newport Beach Group. The Private Capital Group is widely recognized as the industry leader in the disposition of investment properties.
Over the last 10 years, Anthony and his group have been involved in the sale of over 440 investment transactions valued at more than $3.5 billion in value. Anthony DeLorenzo and the Private Capital Group are considered experts in understanding the capital markets, underwriting, market strategies, and accessing hard to find private capital.
Anthony and his team have also handled the structuring and execution of numerous sale-leaseback transactions. In addition to Investment Sales, Anthony and the Private Capital Group have been instrumental in pioneering a new strategy targeted at maximizing the values of vacant buildings.
Prior to joining CB Richard Ellis, Anthony attended college at the University of Arizona where he received a bachelor’s degree from the College of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering. Achievements
