Kirk Brummer joined the retail investment team in the spring of 1998. Prior to his current position, Kirk served as a Senior Consultant with CB Richard Ellis' Financial Consulting Group where he participated in valuation and consulting assignments on a national and regional basis including the underwriting of over 20 retail projects totaling more than $350 million in value.
Kirk has been responsible for the disposition of the following:
- 100 shopping centers
- Over 20.0 million square feet of GLA
- An aggregate value in excess of $3.0 billion dollars
