Megan Read joined CB Richard Ellis in June of 2005, focusing her efforts on new business growth in the company’s retail Investment Sales Division. As part of the National Retail Investment Group - West, Megan has been involved in closing more than 147 unanchored, strip center, and single-tenant transactions valued at more than $900 million.
While generating new business and maintaining existing relationships with developers, acquisition managers, and private investors, Megan provides her clients with the highest level of fiduciary, a competitive advantage, a proven marketing system, access to a self-service website, and maximum exposure in the marketplace.
