Prior to joining CB Richard Ellis, Pat was a Senior Vice President for a major U.S. Pension Fund Advisor where he portfolio managed over 5 million square feet of institutional commercial real estate throughout the United States.
Pat's first three years in the business were in direct lending for Pacific Mutual. Subsequently, he managed Crocker Mortgage's Orange County office. He then went into development and was the CFO of Carver Development. For the last 13 years at PM Realty Advisors, he was the Senior Vice President of Portfolio Management.
In Pat's career, he has been involved with the financing, development, acquisition, disposition, and portfolio management of commercial real estate investments valued at over $5.4 billion.
