His experience includes retail, industrial, office and apartment properties in the western United States. Key experiences in Patrick’s career include:
- Disposition of approximately 3MM square feet of shopping centers for a publicly-traded REIT
- Oversight of a 5MM square foot portfolio of retail centers for Prudential Real Estate
- Acquisition underwriting and due diligence of a $488 million retail portfolio
- Organized the budgeting and management of a 3MM square foot retail portfolio
- Restructuring over $180MM in non-performing loans
- Expertise in underwriting and transaction management on all types of commercial property
