Preston Fetrow is currently a Senior Vice President of Investment Properties focusing 100% on neighborhood community and power retail investment sales for CB Richard Ellis. Preston comes from a 28 year career in the real estate industry, 22 years of which have been with CB Richard Ellis.
He has sold 131 shopping centers exceeding 2.5 billion in aggregate consideration for various pension fund advisors, life insurance companies, lending institutions, R.E.I.T.'s, Syndications, Tic's, other institutional clients as well as numerous high net worth private clients.
Prior to retail investment brokerage (1985), Preston was affiliated with Bank of America and Sanwa Bank overseeing the valuation and underwriting for commercial assets between $5M and $100M in estimated value.
