With more than twenty-five years at CBRE, he has acquired a broad base of knowledge and relationships that span CBRE globally. By creating teams with specific talents focused on the needs of his clients, he is able to deliver the very best of the CBRE platform.
Doug is pleased to have been entrusted with primary headquarter requirements for firms such as Safeway Stores, Mervyns, Logitech, Men's Warehouse, Target Stores/Fedco, JC Paper, CoreMark, and Scientific Technologies.
Doug Norton joined CBRE in May of 1993, after leaving Aetna Life and Casualty. He played water polo and graduated from the University of California, Davis with a Bachelor of Science degree in Agriculture & Management Economics. His team has consistently been one of the top two teams in Northern California since its inception in 1996. They have completed over 1,400 lease and sale transactions totaling over $2BB in value. He currently is on the Board of Directors for the Olympic Club and plays on their water polo team.
