Jim Koenig is a senior vice president with CB Richard Ellis. Since joining CB Richard Ellis in 1985, Jim has been involved in the sale and leasing of more than 50 million square feet of industrial space and the sale of over 3,000 acres of land in the Inland Empire.
His expertise has been in marketing large warehouse/industrial buildings, industrial land, R&D space and multi-tenant industrial parks. His focus has been on the representation of both landlords and tenants, and on the disposition of investment properties primarily in the Ontario, Corona, Riverside and San Bernardino industrial markets. He has also been involved in the planning, development and marketing of several large industrial developments in the Inland Empire industrial market. Achievements
