His expertise has been in marketing large warehouse/distribution buildings, industrial land, R&D space and multi-tenant industrial parks. His focus has been on the representation of both private and institutional landlords, tenants and on the disposition of investment properties primarily in the Ontario, Corona, Riverside, Redlands and San Bernardino markets. He has also been involved in the planning, development and marketing of several large industrial developments in the Inland Empire industrial market.
