Len Santoro is a Senior Vice President with CB Richard Ellis, for industrial properties. Since joining the firm in 1982, he has completed over 2,500 leases, sales and build-to-suit transactions valued at over $2 billion.
Len, born and raised in the New York Metropolitan area, is a graduate of St. John's University, Hillcrest, New York. He began his working career with Xerox Corporation while attending NYU graduate school. In 1965, Len joined the United States Navy during the Vietnam War era. Following flight training in Florida and Mississippi, Len was stationed on the aircraft carriers, Yorktown and Kersarge, from 1967 to 1970 and remained in the reserves until 1978.
In 1970, Len rejoined Xerox to pursue a career of sales and sales management. In 1976, as the Western Region Sales/ Management Training Manager, Len left Xerox to join Eastman Kodak as a Sales Executive. In 1982, Len helped open the Coldwell Banker San Gabriel Valley office.
Len has been a resident of the City of Fountain Valley for thirty-nine years, and has served as president of his homeowner's association and was a City Planning Commissioner. Len is married and has three children.
