Driven by his passion for excellence and fueled by his expansive market knowledge, Todd Sanfilippo’s aggressive sales record earned him the CBRE Rookie of the Year award in Roseville and Top 5 Producer recognition every year since 1996.  He also has received recognition from the Sacramento Association of Commercial Real Estate (ACRE) as the region’s #1 Industrial Broker for four of the past seven years (2000, 2002, 2003 and 2004).  In 2008, the Association of Commercial Real Estate (ACRE) presented Todd with the 3rd Place award for Land Broker of the Year.

Todd has completed more than 800 transactions – most of which have been along the I-80 corridor, where Todd has come to be recognized as the market expert.  He has leased or sold more than 10 million square feet of industrial property and sold over 48 parcels of land.
