Over the last ten years, Walter Smyth has tirelessly worked with a collection of industrial, office and retail property landlords and tenants.

Few, if any, industrial property specialists have so comprehensively prepared themselves for their chosen profession as Walter.  Holding four undergraduate degrees, including Real Estate & Land Use, Marketing, Finance and Management – each providing a valuable skill set for managing his brokerage duties, Walter is completing his graduate level studies at the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute. Putting all of his studies to good use in the field, he has held marketing management positions at construction, landlord and development firms.

Working with Todd Sanfilippo and Nelle Thompson, Walter's vast knowledge, creativity and client focus have made him a valuable team asset.  In short, Walter Smyth has the uniquely broad-based experience to understand first-hand the transaction cycle from all perspectives.
