Rick Martinez has specialized in retail sales and leasing for the past 20 years and has consistently been a top performer with CB Richard Ellis.

In 1999, Rick’s team was awarded the prestigious Retail Team of the Year award for CB Richard Ellis nationwide.  Most recently, in 2006, the team finalized an incredible 200+ sale and lease transactions.

In 2000, Rick was honored as one of the Sacramento Business Journal’s “40 under 40”—forty Sacramento business people who have distinguished themselves in business before the age of 40.  Recognized for his outstanding demonstration of leadership, initiative and determination in the performance of his job, as well as consistently developing client relationships through superior customer service, anticipating the needs of clients, and exceeding their expectations, Rick has been nominated for the “Retail Broker of the Year” award for seven consecutive years (2000-2006), and in 2001 won the CB Richard Ellis coveted Navigator Award.

Rick has consistently ranked among the CBRE Retail Division’s top producers, most recently ranking in the Top 20 CBRE Retail Brokers Nationally.
