Scott Carruth brings a great deal of market knowledge to his clients. He works closely with local, regional and national tenants to best match their needs with availabilities in the greater Sacramento market. He is Sacramento’s leading shopping center stabilization expert, working with a variety of landlords, he has experience renegotiating existing leases and bringing new tenants to distressed assets. Additionally, Scott has worked with many local and national tenants on their market roll-outs.
- In 2010, Scott successfully stabilized Blue Oaks Marketplace, utilizing their aggressive marketing campaign, increasing the occupancy from 30% to 70%.
- He also worked with Panda Express in a major California roll-out, planning site tours and negotiating leases. There are now 35 stores in the market.
