Matt is the West Coast Leader of CBRE’s Clean Technology Group and exclusively represents Tenants in the acquisition, disposition and leasing of real estate, with an emphasis on clean technology firms.

He is a LEED Accredited Professional, the author of a series of papers on sustainability in commercial real estate and has been invited to speak in front of the Urban Land Institute, San Diego State University and UC San Diego.

Matt's background uniquely positions him as a leading advocate of green real estate practices while bolstering his strategic approach to traditional real estate negotiation.
