Jeb is in his 24th year as an office building and land sales specialist. In his career Jeb and his team have been involved in nearly 2,000 leases and sales, totaling over 12 million square feet and $1.3 billion dollars in total consideration. In addition, he has been involved in selling several larger land sales and several notable ground up developments.
Jeb’s understanding of the entire development process has benefited his clients for years. Jeb has worked on numerous developments wherein he provided valuable input as to site layout, design specifications, etc. Jeb has worked on numerous complex tenant oriented transactions wherein every detail from space programming to construction management was spearheaded by Jeb as a Team Leader.
