Merrick Matricardi has been active in the real estate industry for 9 years. Mr. Matricardi's expertise in investment properties encompasses numerous essential activities including representing clients in the acquisition, disposition and financing of multi-family real estate in San Diego. During the last three years at CBRE, Mr. Matricardi has been the lead broker in the disposition of over $37 million in multi-family property in San Diego County.
Prior to joining CBRE, Inc. in 2005, Mr. Matricardi spent time in the Commercial Real Estate Finance industry as a commercial account executive providing financing as a direct lender for commercial office, industrial, retail and multi-housing properties across the nation. Mr. Matricardi also served as a Property Acquisitions Administrator from 2001 to 2004 responsible for finding, underwriting, and negotiating the acquisition of commercial office and industrial properties in Southern California.
