Ryan specializes in the leasing and sales of Class A and B office and biotech/laboratory facilities. Ryan focuses on providing sophisticated strategies to his local and institutional clients. His area of expertise is the 56 Corridor, which includes Del Mar Heights, Sorrento Mesa, Torrey Pines, Rancho Bernardo and Scripps Ranch.
In 2008, Ryan was awarded “Deal Maker of the Year” by the Commercial Realtors Association of San Diego for his representation of Kilroy Realty in the largest office lease transaction (290,000 SF) in the history of the I-15 Corridor with Bridgepoint Education.
Ryan was ranked among San Diego’s Top Brokers by Costar Group, based on 2008 office leasing transaction volume.
