Ryan specializes in the leasing and sales of Class A and B office and biotech/laboratory facilities.  Ryan focuses on providing sophisticated strategies to his local and institutional clients.  His area of expertise is the 56 Corridor, which includes Del Mar Heights, Sorrento Mesa, Torrey Pines, Solana Beach, Rancho Bernardo and Scripps Ranch.

Since 2004, Ryan has completed 97 sales and lease transactions totaling approximately $316 million in consideration.

Prior to joining CB Richard Ellis, Ryan spent two and a half years as a commercial real estate broker at Colliers International (San Diego) and three years as a business consultant in IBM’s Supply Chain and Operational Solutions Practice.
