Ryan specializes in the leasing and sales of Class A and B office and biotech/laboratory facilities. Ryan focuses on providing sophisticated strategies to his local and institutional clients. His area of expertise is the 56 Corridor, which includes Del Mar Heights, Sorrento Mesa, Torrey Pines, Rancho Bernardo and Scripps Ranch.
Since 2004, Ryan has completed 116 sales and lease transactions totaling approximately $334 million in consideration.
