Mr. McNulty joined CB Richard Ellis in 1986, specializing in the sale and leasing of office/R&D buildings and commercial properties. Mr. McNulty started out as the Fremont office's "Rookie of the Year" in 1989, was a member of the region's "Top 20" in 1991 and has been recognized in his office's "Top Ten Producers" every year since. He has negotiated over 635 sale and lease transactions. Along with Mike Grado, Shane works on a team-based platform, providing a comprehensive list of services for their clients. Achievements
