Bret is a specialist in regional and national tenant representation and an expert in major distribution points across the U.S. He also has extensive experience with build to suits, ground-up development, asset repositioning, land sales, and the leasing of buildings and land for surface uses, such as trailer storage, refrigerated trailers and container stacking.
For four years, Bret directed the leasing efforts at Watson Land Company, the largest developer of industrial centers in Los Angeles County, with over 14 million square feet of space. This experience gives him keen insight into every facet of the real estate process – enabling him to better advise his clients and help them make the most informed decisions possible.
Over the last 15 years, Bret has managed many of the largest industrial transactions in the South Bay. He was the highest producing broker in Cushman & Wakefield’s South Bay office for three of the last four years, before joining CBRE in mid 2007. He is now a key member of one of the company’s most respected, top-producing industrial teams, who together have completed more than 80 million square feet of industrial space leasing and sales, and 600 acres of land transactions.
